learn arabic number

learning arabic number can be fun.

Just to remind ourselves, the arabic pronunciation can be odd, and it is different from the way the English speaking people use to. For me, I find it easy, as I am use to reading arabic quran. In fact the letters that I know first, well before the roman ABC is the arabic alphabets.

These are the counting from 1 to 10. The numbers are used to name the days of the weeks in Malay/ Indonesian language.

1 - wahid
2 - ithnain
3 - thalasa
4 - arba'a
5 - khamsa
6 - sitta
7 - saba'aa
8 - thamaniyah
9 - tis'aa
10 - ashara
